Weekly Positive:
-Continue to see stocks play out as I think they will.
-Find a lot of joy in the markets.
Weekly Negative:
-Too picky when taking trades. (Or when not taking trades.)
I have still not made any trades, as I've wanted to do for the last two weeks now. However, I find that my competence and confidence slowly build up as I see many stocks play out as I imagine they will. Knowing that Tim Grittani (and probably several others) also struggled with pulling the trigger early in his career, is reassuring to me. Although I find it easy to beat myself up for missing "obvious plays", I try to turn it around to a learning tool and a positive experience.
The other positive that I've reflected on lately is the joy and passion I've found in the market. Previously my only motivation with trading was the potential money and freedom you can have. But after studying it for quite some time, and continually learning, I have really started to appreciate the process and growth itself. I know that this is a huge element to becoming successful and persisting when tougher times come.
Weekly P/L: $0.
