i see ELPW was a reverse split - when the float goes that low after the spread gets big on low volume

it bounced and now 2.70

so maybe not.. lol.. it's back below VWAP

and up to 2.65 again.. actually looking at indicators, one was moving in right direction but not there yet and now it actually hit when I should have gotten in about VWAP..

it's back now..
