My guess is multi-month breakout (yesterday), crypto sector play, low float (15.14M, yahoo finance), short squeeze, and a general thing to know is that a stock that is a huge % gainer is likely to get more noticed by chat rooms/other people and more likely to be traded further

I respectfully disagree, a flag isn't an indicator it is a simple intraday chart pattern although I don't usually play it and the moving averages mostly don't work but some serve as areas of support and resistance since 90% of people are using them, the 200ma on the daily for example really serves as a SR area a lot of the times. P.S. This aren't indicators these are my lines so people can see what I was seeing not some programmed indicators.
@MaverickRTG flags are bullshit, MA are bullshit, you focus on this little shit and completely ignore the big picture with MTBC, but why listen to me, I only have 19 years experience and have only made $4.6 million, right? Learn the hard way, it's sad
I do learn from you lmao and I do look at the big picture, low float gapper on news with volume also a former runner. I dont use any of those indicators to enter trades, price action is always king, instead of raging I'm always open for some constructive criticism like where you think a good buy was, since the stock shot up without any consolidation straight out of the gate.
I think flags are legit price action patterns, but not necessarily in the current market in May, especially with these stocks.

I call it the hyper parabolic. If you want to long it in the morning I would suggest letting it form a trend and then buying on the third test of that uptrend. and as we speak it's setting up for a short because it has broken the uptrend and is testing from underneath. Whether it works or not is all part of the game.
Welp, it's breaking out now. Good thing there were no shares to short. hahaha I suppose the biggest reason it didn't work was because it based right on that $3 level. another one for the spreadsheet!

VSR looks like a Short to me
fundamentally good, technically not so good! decided to see at 1.51 bought at 1.53
**sell
They are more like dip-buy patterns according to Tim Sykes, better risk/reward, not just buy at any price

yes that is correct,. 2.50 Rule. Each share ya will need 2.50 per each one. Personally have never ran into a issue with the cost being a factor same for all ticker costs
$2.50 a share extra?! Holy shit! To short 10k shares, you would need 25k extra! Wow!
I think you should wait with the short selling - its much easier trying to understand and make money on long in the start and most important build a big enough account for shorting - this is a key element for shorting as the 2.50 rule apply .. Keep studying hard and your time will come!

Re-read through the topic. After I finish re-watching HTMM going to YT posted above and re-watch Trader Checklist. Pulled the trigger today and took my biggest loss to date
@Kody Damn that sucks. I'm really sorry to hear that. I pulled the trigger today, too. And made a loss as well. But, at least in my case, it felt good to enter a trade again and to execute it as planned. Even if the result is negative. I stopped out where I planned to do. This counts.
@Nodrog Right on man. I had some major technical difficulties on my end, exited 20 cents under my mental stop. Price just moved too fast.
@Kody I feel your frustration. Try to shake this feeling off over the weekend and come back refreshed on Monday.
