@Disciplined I don't have his DVD, but the free OTC long video he did was spot on. It's one of those videos that you can immediately put into action. $OCLR from this week was a perfect example.

Identifying the issues is the key to success. Good luck in your trades
Wow, we're paddling in the same boat! For what it's worth, a few things that is helping me navigate better: plan your entry/exit before the trade, hide your profit/loss columns, practice trading super high volume stocks to practice discipline and getting use to reading support/resistance. I'm practicing using Forex because of the enormous volume. (The caveat here is the lack of volume indicators and level 2, but still allows practice). Good luck! You're not the only one taking the punches!!

Some heavy tech users now stand rather than sit to improve health. (i.e. - Nate from Investors Underground). Use lubricating or artificial tear drops as needed. When resting, use the 20 20 20 rule to re-adjust your eyes or rest your eyes closed every 30 min. If things worsen see an eye doctor.
TraderH is on the money. I also use computer glasses. I think even cheapo shooting glasses work to block out blue lightwaves. I also stand while trading. I picked this up from Jesse Livermore's books on trading...
