Loved the shorting portion of Tim's DVD. The style suits me because it involves some waiting. Way too often going long I just feel like I'm chasing without a real plan. This week I've had mild success in that I experimented with a new trade approach and didn't get crushed. Mostly broke even overall, but still made emotional decisions after 1 or 2 losses that day.
I've done well finding the right setups, and without just using Tim's or Tim's picks haha. Haven't done so well shorting at the right entry though. Inevitably three or more of the stocks on my watchlist do exactly what I wanted while I'm stuck in a losing position with a small account. Next week I'll focus only on one type of setup, and only short into the second bounce since I seem to be great at picking the wrong early bounce.
I'll also start collecting detailed data about all the stocks that stay on my watchlist. I'm hoping to modify Grittani's approach just a bit so I'm more comfortable on my entries.
@Disciplined I don't have his DVD, but the free OTC long video he did was spot on. It's one of those videos that you can immediately put into action. $OCLR from this week was a perfect example.
