Here's my trading plan for today. I might actually even amend it depending on pre-market price action, since there were severe moves yesterday after hours.

CPXX |
· Has spiked quite a lot · This can go to the 9.10 if it breaks support of 9.60. · Even afterhours, it’s right at support of 9.80 |
· Short either into a morning spike @ 10.30 or 10.45 for 50-60c of downside. · Short into panic in the morning for 50c downside. |

WATT |
· Knocked down to 7.40 afterfours by exposé. · If it drops today too, it might fill the gap back to 6.50 or 6.30. · 7.30 to 7.10 is multiday support · This stock is relatively bad at spiking in the morning, with today news, it’s going to be even more difficult |
· Short on break of multiday support in the 7.30s (which it had already broken yesterday, then recovered a bit) · I might adjust my strategy before market open, depending on price action premarket. The after-hours moves are very violent. |

CBDS |
· Has resistance every step of the way from 2.30 to 2.50 · Watch for similar breakdown of August 2015 … and today is the 1st down day. · Trading volume was weak yesterday |
· This is a big potential short either at previous day resistance in the 2.25s or as it breaks 2.16 late day support form yesterday. The goal is something around 30c. |

· Yesterday it spiked but could not hold it, and closed down on the day. · It has clear resistance @ 3.90-4.00 · It has clear support @ 3.00 · I can’t make up my mind on what to do yet |

TRXC |
· Closed @ 4.50 · It has got multi-day resistance @ 4.55, then 4.60, then 4.70, so it’s not that encouraging to buy. |

I'll also be checking pre-market winners today, see what I might find. After 2 weeks of breaks I feel rusty on my studying and preparation. I can only hope that today will be a better day for me, and I can better spot opportunities.
I'd like to hear what you think of this plan. Let me know in the comments.
Your not rude! I'm paper trading only now to learn before I start using real money. Initially I started working with the little I had, and it became quite clear to me that I still have much to learn. So I'd welcome your comments or anyone else's so I can learn and 'get' it!
personally, I never short, seems to be playing against market trend. I also decided I didn't like penny stocks and choose to be an expert on ONE thing, a very volatile thing but one I could use OVER AND OVER AND OVER again with pretty good odds to make money every time. I try to control the hold time so I am not exposing myself to excess volatility but using volatility in my favor.
@rugby TNA is still my #1 winner since finding your profile, TZA not so much. But as they are on demo accounts, I was initially trading 1000 shares on a 100k account, to make it more realistic, I'm limiting it to 100 shares. It makes it a lot harder. Any recommendations on any other ETF's/Stocks that follow TNA/TZA's type of pattern but at... half the cost?
If your gonna trade pre-market you have to find the stocks with low spreads..... otherwise it will just et you alive....As to your trading plan ... there is no plan it is just fundamental guess work.... trade with a little more technical eye.. trade with the trend on whatever time frame you are looking at. Make sure there is enough volatility to work with.... simplify.... you are making this much harder than it has to be.
