take profits where you can, don be greedy or a bagholder

I'm the complete opposite. I dont know when to buy...always thinking the stock will get halted or drop. To be fair, there havent been any predict plays yet, (i.e. dip buy on earnings)

@BowlesTrader5 I have learned this lesson the hard way. I know that I need to always follow the plan. "Cut losses quickly and take profits slowly". I'm still learning to control the emotional part of it though.

See if you can find a platform simulator and start trading there, i know there are some. Ask here things you need help with, there is nice people here that like to help. Take care of your money, unless you have a lot to blow. Have fun!

@jcelliott90 If you use ToS, there is an option to show the float of every stock in your watchlist too. I have a watchlist completely devoted to stocks with under 10M float, but have more than 20K in Volume.
