Might put an Asian index in the watchlist tonight to see if I can get things correct...

Thanks for clarifying your question. No, at least to the best of my knowledge. I have found that if I make suggestions/complaints using the HELP > FEEDBACK page, give them a low rating and constructive suggestion, they usually take it seriously enough to call, apologize, and say they will work on it....

And the feature you request is a good suggestion... I'll be using the Help > Feedback resource to place it as a suggestion. Perhaps if enough users do the same, they may take the suggestion more seriously than otherwise.

Will do the same. At least TOS auto-fills in your limit price with the current bid/ask as an option. Very helpful when things move fast.

[TimAlerts] $IFON, sold on morning panic at $2.63, bought last Friday at $2.73. Only 200 shares so I'm glad I'm making these mistakes now while I'm still new.

Oh, now I see what you are talking about. E*TRADE Pro is wanting in many respects, and apparently this is one of them. I was online with technical support yesterday for another problem. E*TRADE Pro has a tendency to lock itself up for reasons their tech support does not always know why. When it does not work the way it is supposed to work, tech support recommends clearing the cache. That is done before you log in from the small startup screen. Above your username and password entry fields toward

Towards the right is a small gear icon. Beneath the gear is the option to clear the cache. Clearing the cash will remove ALL updates.

cash = cache. Tech-support recommended I perform that action to correct a different problem yesterday, but that fix failed. I had to completely uninstall E*TRADE Pro, restart, and reinstall it for it to work.

Buck...I don't think Tim mentioned when he found $MEDL but if you look at the chart you'll see some days where it only traded 25K shares so it's really hard to put a minimum on what actual volume # to look for. However, I've simply been using a 100% increase versus the previous day. I know it has been said to only trade those stocks with a minimum of 300K or 500K daily volume but I think to spot these early enough to start doing the data mining that at least a 100% increase. You might want to w

want to weight the news by looking for a 150%, 200%, increase also thinking that the larger the increase in volume to more hype or more good news etc. happened.

No problem. I'm going to try to work on finding those stocks that have been channeling for a while and the volume breakout. I'm using the scanning tool in TOS and will try to put that together in StockFetcher also. My other reason for doing this is that you have to think that Tim and some of the others aren't going to be around forever and it's up to us to be able to do this on our own at some point. Stand by...I've had the flu for the past few days, makes it hard to do anything right now...

[TimAlerts] (newbie here) $JOEZ "is in default on its $94 million in debt" as of 2/24/2015. I'd watch that one carefully.
