I really screwed the pooch on this one.  Traditionally I tend to make mistakes on slow melt up days.  I made 2 mistakes yesterday.  1) Adding onto a loser - which I almost never do, and 2) I set multiple triggers (and apparently I did it incorrectly) before going to a 2 hour long meeting and the slow melt up devastated my position.

I gave up my weekly profit and then some.  

All is well, although I am a bit frustrated at my lack of creating the triggers (on my phone mind you), I could have salvaged the day with a reasonable loss.  Instead it was pretty brutal.  I'll make it back in about a week.  I guess mental note to self - do not mess around with something you haven't done before and tested a number of times when a lot of money on the line.

What an Idiot.
