@Nathan_casey Yes, I use Trade Arc for my Level 2. I began with TOS but soon discovered that it was just too much for me...at least, right now.

I got the same violation for my schwab account...they term in good faith violation. Optionshouse I'm able to trade like crazy without the violation and commisions are cheap too. Only downside is they don't have intraday charts for otc stocks, but otherwise platform is good.
