ICL -  is a contract winner and earnings winner. It closed at $4.03 during market hours, and dropped to $4.02 after hours with poor volume. It may run however it may take upwards of six months to recover to past highs of $4.75. The problem with ICL is the huge 4 Billion Shares outstanding, so this is a no go earnings winner.
