The price of the stock after hours is the current price per share for that stock. the stock will not spike 50% tomorrow, it already has. There is no way to buy the stock at $4.11 at this point in time, unless it drops back down to that price.
ok that clears things up.. Thank you for your help!
Not to be rude, but you might want to study a lot if you didn't know that. Stock market is a brutal place for beginners. Study up

I bought this stock last night. Most of my money was tied up in other trades so I was only able to get 15 shares... Still a nice return!!

This is likely to bounce around a bit, but there's no way to know for sure. Don't fall victim to a short squeeze for shorting too early. maybe tomorrow if it tries to test resistance and fails, you could short for a good buck depending on your strategy and the level 2. I would short into failing sideways price action or short into resistance. Peace.
@Josef_MM_Gashaj PAPER TRADE. Its basically like scrimmaging in sports. you treat it like a real thing, but it isn't. It's what myself, and many others are doing. Its one thing to learn from videos and articles. It's another to learn while doing it. This is the closest way without losing money.
@EBickford1 @PlanB thanks for the tips
I'm thinking this thing will spike in the morning, I added it to my watchlist for tomorrow but the small cap side of energy companies have been bullish this week. I say buy it honestly and short on the reverse. But no problem.

@Josef_MM_Gashaj just became a fully transparent trader today!

I would be careful if I were you! There is resistance on the top line and no recent news.
@Lemieux97 i'll keep that in mind... Thank you for the advice
Are you using the ETrade Pro platform? I'm starting an ETrade account, but I am still using TDAmeritrade TOS platform.
@Nelarl43297 no I am just using the standard version of ETrade but I have been thinking about switching over to a platform that does not charge commissions.. or at least charges less.
