Earlier in chat I did mention that I thought EYES was the long play of the day. I have no clue what kind of data the company will be putting out but that is always a decent catalyst that attracts a lot of buyers. I am more of a technical trader so what I saw was great price action for the bulls. I'm sure a lot of people were trying to short this but to me it was obvious that they were just too early and were likely to get squeezed. Thanks to Tim's watchlist I had eyes on my radar this morning but unfortunately missed the first morning spike. Once EYES was holding gains in the 6.20s I became convinced it had some staying power but I wanted to be patient just in case it failed midday when volume drops. I ended up buying it once it was clear to me that it would hold and likely make a run into the last 2 hours of the day. I sold most of my shares already and locked in nearly $1k in gains so far. I can sell the rest right now if I want to and be up about $1.5k but I am going to give this a chance for a gap up tomorrow with a plan to sell into a morning spike. Either way, it will be nearly impossible for me to lose money on this trade since I have such a nice cushion and good entry price. This is a great position to be in! No, I don't recommend chasing it now, just wanted to share the trade and mentality. Ideally I sell tomorrow at 7 or higher and then wait for a short selling opportunity.
I hope more small caps start running again. These are the best trades to make!
Nice work
@JLLOYD thanks
i think eyes is going to be on hbo vice it might increase the price much more
nice trade .. but i will look for a short tomorrow if it goes red and then risking r/g level .. this is my plan for tomorrow .. yours also good as long as you have a nice entry and you already locked in some profits so you can risk the in-house money .. great trade bro .. thanks for sharing your ideas ;)
