1000 $ and then 10x in leverage? Most of us here are short term day traders and not fundamental traders. Most of the traders here buy and sell within minutes, hours or a few days. The only thing I could see work out here is the GPRO trade as it has some suppot at 8.20, But I might be wrong as I dont trade GPRO nor look at it charts.

@ChristofferB looks like you are pretty consistent / comfortable at 1000 shares per trade. I think I will be there in another 6-8 months but plan to grow win rate and position size together and slow enough to stay comfortable in each trade. Your win rate looks good!

@PlanB Have you ever used their web-based platform not the pro? I don't need them for charting nor level 2 I just want fast executions.

@LivingLarge88 that's the only one I've used. It's good for putting orders in and that's all. The only thing is that it times out if you don't click anything after about ten minutes. I HATED that. But when you type your login info make sure you click "remember me" so you can sign in quickly if it does time out.

@PlanB How fast were the executions? Any issues with website freezing or crashing in the middle of trades?

I've heard a lot of people say this, that the application takes forever. But all you need to do is to give them a call and they will speed it up. Helped for a lot of people as far as I know.

How is it that your winning over 78 % of the time but your down 400 $

Well 2 weeks ago I was celebrating my first 1k in profits. I was 1500 in the green. Then 1 trade wiped me out. That's how it goes when you don't cut losses quickly, that is my greatest weakness. That 20% of losses doesn't mean anything if it always wipes you out. I'm actually up 395 today before fees so when I upload tomorrow I'll be close to break even again.
