...the NUGN pump and dumps will be back along with the VLTC's..in the meantime going to be monitoring those tickers that have those strong trends. Will try to formulate a rating system too and post here. You can bet it will have a lot to do with volume ... ;)

@kroyrunner hi Tim, quick question before I fund an account - will I be able to short stocks with TD ThinkorSwim without calling into them? They did not make that clear and I was unable to short while paper trading. Thanks for any advice. I am also thinking of going with IB instead. Thoughts? Thank you and keep inspiring!

be careful, with TD nor more than 3 round trip trades in a 5 business day window unless your fund 25K. Otherwise you get flagged and your trading privelages get suspended for 90 days.

@Bugtrout just became a fully transparent trader today!
If you have under 25K in your account you can only do 3 round trips in a rolling 5 day period. If you are wanting to buy and sell in one day more than 3 times in a rolling 5 day period you then have to have more cash or find a broker off shore, something like Suretrader. If you do more than the 3 round trips your account will be locked for a certain amount of time. TD is a 90 day lock out.
.and if you are above 25K with TOS (TD) and you fall under 25K you get locked out for 90 days too...not cool.
