Mindset. Still trying to understand how to have an idea whether a stock is going to crash or not. I've set a scanner up to watch for huge drops in STT but hoping to find a way to gain a clearer understanding as to which tickers have a higher probability for a morning panic. I'm continuing to study this. I've been on a losing streak for not following your rules but those losses are what's helping me to restrain myself from bad trades and to only focus on good setups. Hey Tim. Question. You spoke about selling WLKR for a tax loss and then immediately buying it back. Doesn't the quick repurchase "break" the 30 day "Wash Sale" rule and therefore exclude your "loss" from your tax reporting?

@ChrisV17 yah i didnt know i was gonna be buying it back so quickly when i sold it, but the price dropped enough so i got back in, i dont worry about taxes with trading, i want maximum trading profits, -$2k in losses and +$11k in gains i'll take every time
