Today after profiting yesterday thought too much about trading to try and make more money today, was aware of this. Not much for me to look at today to trade, read was buy in this area with 90 support but mkt just sideways choppy no edge wiser to have avoided the 4 trades or so I pushed out of down -60 won one to end here could have been worse had mkt bounced so avoid control emotions after win days or take a day or so off
