Really unfortunate loss of restraint today. EMPTY STOMACH. Just kept shorting into an area I know has lots of buyers aka support, and shorting into another bounce aggressively (entry after entry overtrading). Did not keep to a low loss limit 100, shame bc had momentum with my discipline, my reads, and a few ideas that didn’t take but ended up working out past few days, well expensive medicine 💊 don’t think I can make this amount back in a day after getting mentally twisted up.
