Off today had wrong personal bias on mkt direction today (strongest buy), ended up trying to buy many times accruing -500 in losses. Adapted and shorted a few key times, fast one to two min scalps, and out, broke even basically. Knew I should not trade today, mentally not clear. Rare to earn this sum back, trade less, when wrong stop, go for bigger wins less frequently, patience pays. But did well waiting AM chop.
