Entered this trade when it was breaking out past the initial HOD that it sent. This stock had merger news and spiked up over 150% premarket. I do not think this consolidated long enough after setting the initial high, so the breakout failed. Not the best trade and undisciplined. Took a 2x max loss due to holding and hoping. Let is consolidate longer next time.
