Another try on this ticker going into the end of the regular market hours. I was looking for a dollar cross play and spike to the $1.15s. I sized down even more on this trade, as I was only risking $5 instead of $10. This stock ended up failing again and was very choppy. Need to study the dollar cross plays more before I trade them, as I have not won on any of those trades yet. Good lesson.

Bought this stock at the HOD breakout after the market open around $3. This was a failed breakout, as it spiked to $3.08, then quickly started dipping back down. This was an undisciplined trade, as I did not cut losses quickly and I held and hoped that it would bounce and spike back up. I was watching a handful of stocks after the open and lost focus on the good setups. Good lesson.

Bought this stock on the dip and rip HOD breakout pattern after the market open. I thought the stock was going to breakout and spike through the $1 level, however, it failed and started to to dip back down quickly. I stuck my stop loss at $.80 and got out. Good trade and maintained discipline.

Bought this stock at the RCT entry. It was a box checker RCT play that failed down to my stop loss, so I cut it at the stop loss level. This was a disciplined trade, it just did not spike how I wanted it to. Shortly after, it gained more momentum and started breaking out to the $.90s. This will be on watch at the market open for a dollar cross play. Good lesson.

Bought this stock when it was breaking out past the initial HOD it set right after the market open. This trade took a lot of patience, as it was consolidating for awhile, but I respected my stop loss and did not exit the trade. Almost an hour later, it started spiking, so I scaled out into strength. This was a great, disciplined, and patient trade. Need to keep my focus on dip and rip patterns.

Another undisciplined loss this week. Bought the HOD breakout on this stock after hours, thinking that it was going to spike to the $1+ level. It spiked to $.93 then failed quickly back down to the $.80s, then $.70s. Brutal trade. I need to focus on regular hours trading only for now until I can get back on track.

Entered this trade when it was breaking out past the HOD, but it very quickly started dipping back down and failed immediately. This was a brutal trade, as I thought it was going to keep going with it being an earnings winner. Good lesson to not trade HOD breakouts premarket and to wait for those trades after the market open. Good lesson.

Bought this stock on the HOD breakout, as it had a lot of momentum premarket (also a third day surge play), which I believe brought in the volume. This stock started spiking up to the high $7s, so I scaled out into strength. It went to the $8.30s shortly after I sold, but still a great trade. Took the single. Need to focus on plays like this, as they can run fast.

Bought this stock premarket on the RCT entry based on its K-Pop news at 8am EST. This stock quickly started to fail, as it was spiking too high for an RCT entry and the news just included a story post. Need to find the sweet spot again for the RCT plays, as I feel they are in the 30-40-50% area. This was up over 100% when I entered the trade. Good lesson.

Ridiculous trade. I bought this stock on the RCT knowing that it was not up enough to be a box checker, and it had only rotated the float one time. Need to stop chasing RCT plays if they don’t check all of the boxes. This stock quickly failed and kept dipping. 3x max loss on this trade of $28. Need to get back to being disciplined with this pattern, no excuses.
