No excuses really. Being aggressive on a day that isn't my theme. Quick cut & observe helped me realize I was out of bounds. I have to recognize this sooner next time, maybe the largest red day in 2 years will be a good reminder. Still comfortable knowing that following the process to a T will result in the opposite and some. Today's goal will be refining my sizing method to avoid big days on weak days.
