3% loss on a 25% move in 8 minutes because I couldn't handle the pain of low size fluctuation. So disappointed with the amount of opportunity cost lost over the last month 1/2. Blessed to recognize, though. As I said, I just have to apply these lessons moving forward.

Uncontrollable desperation. Glad I cut the size for this impulsive move. Getting wicked in and slammed in the same candle. My fault for having stop limit orders in such a chop fest.

I would size down on the one I let print a little. Like I said, drained. Zombie trading. Just grateful for Tim's teachings, a pretty rough couple of months, but they've taught me how to survive through moments like these.

THIS HURTS to look at... so so much opportunity and I lock in a 2% gain? lol Mental capital exhausted at its finest. Couldn't afford the pain on great runs.

Retested with the same trash thesis. Trying to build a support and resistance playbook, and I'm finding myself making simple mistakes with too much size, which led me to spiral. In hindsight, I'm just shaking my head. Glad that I've realized what I was doing wrong, though, now I just have to apply it.

Tinkering with a new setup, no reason for me to size the way I did, kept it tight,
