Breaking news of merger scheduled for 10/14/24. I expected the stock to rise on this announcement, but nothing. I guess not alot of people saw/heard the announcement, or didn't care. I got out quickly for a small loss. Lesson - don't bet on the news. Watch for the reaction via the stock price.
