@vectrades really liking your trades. I have not had any success at this point, but have only been going long. Any advice to a newer trader with $25k? I'd really like to mirror your success, any advice would be greatly appreciated and absorbed! I'm a competent entrepreneur, 34 years old, big position in real estate... should be able to figure this stuff out but haven't been able to yet......
You can do a lot with $25K. I'd recommend trading small for now and figuring out a set of rules that work for you. One thing I've found that works is starting in very small with an idea. If the idea is right then I add to my position (mostly shorts). I set my stops at key levels and am ok with being stopped out. I found that a lot of my losses stemmed from taking on too much size and not being ok with being wrong.
