Notes taken on 07/16/17
- When a play closes out strongly in the last hour of the previous day, look for the next day to give way to a spike then a major dip. Then be ready for the bounce. Recognize what is the bottom, let the stock test the bottom and when it doesnt crack buy it on the move.
- when a stock is on a decline and is near a round number, look for the stock to run down exponentially as the stop loss orders are all being taken out
- when looking at the stock rise, realize your new risk level with higher lows.
- when a stock is red on the day, the afternoon fade is almost a definite
- when a stock is down first red day, the next day can produce a short squeeze with shorts covering
- if a stock is up 3 straight days, look for it to come down on the fourth
- round numbers are strong support zones
