DGLY - Float 8 million. Market cap 35 million. Short interest 11%. Volume 1 million. Company develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial applications. It is currently in a legal battle with another company (Axon Enterprise) claiming that Axon continues to willfully infringe on Digital Alley's patent, which covers its auto-activation technology. The stock was trading up 32% on Friday. First green day and now is approaching multi-month highs. Will watch closely for true break out with sustained or increasing volume.
CLRO - Float 3 million. Market cap 16 million. Short interest 2%. Volume 12 million. Company announced it has prevailed against Shure in trial before US Patent and Trademark office. The stock was trading up 14% on Friday. News could very well carry over the weekend with sustained interest on Monday based on massive 12 million volume during the trading day on Friday. Will keep on close watch since this is approaching multi-month highs and could break out quite easily.
Other stocks that I am watching: KTOV.
I would check filings on $CLRO. I thought I saw an offering from December for 7+ million shares at 2.20. I could be wrong.
