How are you shorting on papertrading?? Didn't think you could???

Just do a sell order. Most non-nasdaqs and stocks under a dollar you can't short with Think or Swim. You also can with suretrader's free trial papertrade, but it only lasts a week. @tripod1914

In this situation, I would have just went with a market order.

Go with the trends, the trend here was sell sell sell so taking a long position was super risky and ended up costing a lot. Good luck though
