@timothysykes Super excited to start, I've been working my ass off for these past years in the military learning shit. I have been addicted to watching your you-tube videos.So far, I've set up my account and put 3k in it. Just waiting until next payday to subscribe. I took a job in Afghanistan making good money (good for a poor 23 year old), and I'm about to use it or lose it! I have faith in your skills to teach. Just hope I have the skills to learn it all :D Looking forward to starting this!! You'll be seeing me around!

@BrisBloke Hey, I was thinking about applying to thinkorswim for an account, and since you have already used it, I was hoping you would help me out. How is TOS with executions? Good? Fast? Also, is SureTrader fast with executions? I heard they aren't.

Hmmm, I think you have me confused with someone else. I applied to TD Ameritrade to open an account but as I am from the UK it forces us to use TD Direct which does not include Think or Swim. I have tried Think or Swim Paper Money which grants you free access to Think or Swim for 2 months but I rarely used it as I wasnt able to get a firm answer from their staff on if I could pay just for the platform.

And I didnt want to make an effort to set everything up how I like just to end up switching to something else 2 months later.

Just noticed you asked about Suretrader, I haven't placed a trade with Suretrader yet, I've been fully focused on learning and also waiting on money to go into the account.
