I finally reached the 25k profit mark. This was not a easy task. I thought I was going to reach this milestone in the first week of March but it actually took me over 50 days since my last post to achieve this. If you have been following my journey you will see that I have had lots of success and lots of consolidation as well. 

What I learned from the past 50 days: Being Greedy and Stubborn will cost you a lot. A lot of time. A lot of emotions. A lot of headache.

Before losing over 7k on one trade I was averaging about 2k a week in profits. Since my account took a big dip my position size was a little smaller and I had to climb my way out of the hole. 

Not only that I was battling the emotion of fear. I was scared to lose again. I was not seeing the market like how I saw it before. Doubt started creeping in. I didn't know if I can be a profitable trade. I started second guessing myself thinking "maybe I got lucky and now my luck ran out."

Fear really crippled me for the past 50 days on top of that I wanted to get over 25k so bad. I put too much pressure on myself to accomplish that goal. I felt like If I made 25k in profits than that's my right of passage to say I am a legitimate trader and I needed something to pick me up from that huge loss I suffered. 

How I overcame those obstacles:

I went back and I reviewed my trades in February. Keeping a journal log really helped me out because I was able to see what I was doing right and what set ups I was playing how much I was making on each trade. So that's what I starting doing and quickly after that I starting seeing the success that I once saw. As I write this I am over 26k in profits. 

Last lesson that I learned is that I still need a mentor to be able to speak with. Even though I have seen success I think a mentor would help my process out even more.
