[TimAlerts] would XGTI be a good buy for holding long term any thoughts?

[TimAlerts] I was looking at the screen shot Tim posted for Brooks and he mentioned something about he used his volume scanner to pickup the trade on MBRX, does anyone know what volume scanner he is referring to? I have not got the STT yet is he referring to that?
