Watch VIPS hovers around 14 now low 13s. Tends to spike between 9:40am and 10:30am and 3:30pm. I just picked up 1000 shares at 13.39. 

Naturally no promise it will follow this same pattern today but have noticed a trend and have made money since trading it for the past few weeks.
