Do you have white/blue physical real plastic card (size of credit card)? I am not sure but two auth. can't be disabled.

I don't know if it's easier (I just type code from the card and that is) cuz IB sent me this plastic card when I registered my account. You can try message them and ask them if it possible to send this card but I am not sure if this help you resolve the situation.

@Chopper_Trader Hey, I tried to change password with IB but it still wont let me import lol. I don't know how it still works with you. I get a message on profitly saying "IB is no longer supported" very frustrating.

Yes it's 8 letters. thats the minimum allowable amount.

After I do the 2 steps verification and authenticate profitly tries to import but then it says "error occurred while downloading"

You can't use the 2 step verification method.

I've tried to reset the password under 8 characters but the minimum length is actually 8 /: Sucks that IB doesn't allow verification with profitly. I guess I'll be using tradervue from now on.

@MichaelGoode Hi Michael, I was wondering if you are able to trade OTC grey market stocks with IB? It's not letting me, saying "Trading in OTC grey market stocks is not supported". Really frustrating. Is there any solutions for this? Thanks!

There is no way around this -- if you have a position in a grey-market stock at IB they will let you call the trade desk to close it out. But they won't let you open new positions in grey market stocks. If for whatever reason you want to trade grey market stocks you will have to use another broker.

I use TC2000 as my trading platform. TC2000 use Interactive brokers. I never had any issue posting my trades. To post my trades I used the login information from my account on TC2000. So I am not sure if the information is straight interactive brokers or from TC2000.
