SHOTLong Stock

11-28-23 - Thought I had this one nailed! Close, but no cigar, as they say. I purchased 200 shares of SHOT at $4.43 for a total of $886.20. Stock price was coming down off of a high, and had started to go back up when I made my purchase. Within the 1 minute it took me to write down the trade, the stock tanked, going down to $4.27, where I sold all 200 shares for a total of $853.96. Total loss: $32.00. At least I cut my losses quickly!

11-17-23 - Another downer! I purchased 333 shares of WAVD at $2.74 per share for a total of $912.42. The stock made a run as soon as the market opened and I, sadly, tried to chase it. I got what I deserved when WAVD tanked, in a big way, the second I made my purchase. Got out as soon as I could hit the "sell" button, but that wasn't soon enough. Sold all 333 shares at $2.53 per share for a total of $842.46, and a loss of $69.93.

11-15-23 - I purchased 1,000 shares of CDIO at $1.005 per share for a total of $1,004.50 (including commission). CDIO was looking strong the previous afternoon, and appeared well-positioned for a stock price increase. Unfortunately, the stock went sideways for several minutes after my buy, then started to go down. I employed the "Scared Choirboy" trading method, and immediately sold my 1,000 shares of CDIO at $1.00 per share for a total of $999.84, and a loss of $5.00.

11-14-23 - I purchased 500 shares of INVO at $2.09 per share for a total of $1,045.00. This was a morning spiker, and I was able to purchase it right at the beginning of the spike. Only held the stock for five minutes, but was still able to capture the meat of the move. Although INVO continued to rise after I sold it, I was just happy to grab the single. Sold 500 shares of INVO at $2.23 per share for a total of 1,115.42. Total gain of $70, or 6.7%.

11-13-23 - I purchased 400 shares of TIVC at $2.4591. I was attempting to catch the opening spike but, as usual, I got in too late - just in time to catch the opening dive. This was more of an impulse buy than a well-researched strategic purchase and I paid the price. Sold all 400 shares less than 10 minutes later, for $2.3103 per share, and a loss of $59.52.

TNONLong Stock

11-7-23 - I purchased 530 shares of TNON at $1.855 per share, for a total initial investment of $983.15. Stock had just bottomed out on what I hoped was a nice dip-and-rip. I was right. TNON shot up quickly. I sold all 530 shares 5 minutes later at $1.98 per share for a total of $1.049.31, and a small profit of $66, or 6.74%. Turns out the stock continued to skyrocket after I sold but I'm okay with that. I'll take the $66.

RDFNLong Stock

11-6-23 - I purchased 167 shares of RDFN at $5.8575 for a total of $978.20. This was my first trade following a call I had on 11-2-23 with Tim Sykes' father, Joel Leabman, who ordered me to "Cut Losses Quickly!" In this case, I bought RDFN on a dip, only it started to dip further the second I bought it. Sold immediately. Unloaded all 167 shares at $5.815 for a total of $971.08. Total loss: -$7.10.

10-27-23 - BKYI was coming off a dip, or so I thought, when I purchased 3,578 shares of BKYI at $0.287 per share, for a total of $1,026.89. As with many of my other previous trades, BKYI was not, in fact, coming off a dip. It was dipping more. And more. I cut losses quickly. But not quickly enough. Total loss: $150.28. Think I'm going to lay off trading for a while.

APLMLong Stock

10-23-23 - APLM had just begun to climb out of a dip when I purchased 666 shares at $1.5399 for a total of $1,0257. Unfortunately, the climb turned into a dive as soon as I made my purchase, and the stock sunk like a rock. Another day, another loss. I sold APLM 20 minutes later for $1.135 per share, and a total of $755.80. Loss: $269.66. Blech.

HUBCLong Stock

10-20-23 - Purchased 1,000 shares of HUBC at $0.7033 per share for a total of $703.30. I intentionally followed Tim S. on this trade to get a better feel for how he trades. Plan was to buy at the bottom of the day's dip to catch the upswing. The stock dipped fine but never had its upswing. Tim and I both cut losses quickly (Tim quicker than me), but we both lost money. Sold all 1,000 shares of HUBC at $0.6471 for a total of $646.94, and a loss of $56.20. Commission: $0.16.
