I would just learn what you can concerning basic chart reading that includes, support, resistance, breakouts, new highs, volume, market trading hours, etc.

Then money managemnet and how penny stocks can be hyped up, manipulated, and the volatility that goes with them. They can move quite a bit during the day but you are only looking to take maybe .20 or .25 out of a 1.00 move. It's hard to hold these things overnight becuase of the volatility.

I'm not sure which videos you have access too but he moves pretty fast and gives a lot of example. Remember he sells short quite often due to the hype an manipulation so make sure you understand short selling and the account requirements for that.
