Shorted and held overnight.  looking for a complete washout down to maybe 2.60 - 2.40.  Might get a public offering at some point which would involve holding overnight again.  its still ok though cause could drop to 1.50 - 1.20.  will take profits at first sign of support or if 2.90 - 3.00 holds.  might take safe profits premarket
