You need to in the scanner option drop down menu go to "lovers and losers". The "Pre market movers"

Yeah, that's where I set it to. I'm under the 'MarketWatch' Tab and in the 'PreMarket Movers'. @BowlesTrader5 dang this sucks.

Just in case anyone is reading this and has the exact same problem. Again, follow the instructions on my most recent comment. HOWEVER, you got to click on 'customize', the gear looking symbol on the top right. Once clicked, you got too add 'Mark % Change'. That should do it.

Well yes and no, it is a pain. I dislike how in the paper-trade mode, all data is delayed. Even when the chart is showing prices real-time, the level 2 will be delayed. So their is no point their. Do you know how to get around that?

I do not know, I'm at work in the day and I can't look at the chart all the time. Plus the apple app doesn't appear to have level 2 :(, sorry I can't help you... But let me know if you find a work around for that...

The rule does not apply for cash accounts. Applies only for Margin accounts. Im new too but I read about this first before getting in.

Hey, so I'm kind of leaning to get SureTrader as a broker, but having mixed feelings. Would you still recomend, I hear its not good for people trading in shares of 1,000+, but than again I don't think I'll be trading in that amount of shares, I just want to build an account so I can transfer. Any good?
