Reverting back to some old habits, gunslinging a bit in a super-hot market and striking out. This philosophy has never worked for me, yet again I had a choice between 2 stocks and the one I pick fails while the other breaks out. I know what works for me, no more gunslinging, even when it's crazy out there. Half my account gone in 2 trades, no more day trades this week anyway. Need to be more serious about plans, even with a test account, and identifying perfect setups. EDIT: kryptonite play

Really poor trade, was up with a decent idea from Jack during a webinar but I know better than to follow other people's ideas. Didn't take profits when I could, rode it down and kept buying through a down halt. No bounce, could have been worse but this wipes a really good trade I had yesterday. Not upset about the amount lost, but it's a large percentage of my account. Back to even. Dip buys aren't working, stick to breakouts and DON'T BUY EARLY!

One of the best trades of my career. Price action play, bought the dip at a level and sold into strength. It's hitting my profit target after I sold but the gains came so quickly I knew I needed to lock it in. Tiny size but I've been trading so well like this so I'll continue the trend. New account highs on my small account!

One of the best trades I've ever made. Price action play, got in on a perfect dip off highs after idbo, small size so I could let it roll. Average of sells listed, best sell 7.36! I see this going higher, but profits were substantial and it slapped off highs with no bounce so I took the rest off for a poor exit on a big red candle. Ok with that decision as I don't want to see profits disappear. 1 more day trade left on a short week, morn plays ripping.

Mosquito. Don't scratch the itch! Haven't been trading. Total not accurate, it's much, much worse. Need to wait for the dip. Don't buy the top. IT'S ALWAYS KRYPTONITE. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS. It has never worked. Not one single time. Old habit, now it's ripping nhod. Always buy at levels from now on. Never buying top and hope for a pop. HOPE IS NOT A STRAT. Levels work all the time, so easy to see. Let's do that, ok!

Largest loss of my career. Same as above, I'm not even mad because this just reinforces the lessons I already know about myself. Need to focus on sizing into morning trades and walk away at lunch. NO MORE AFTERNOON TRADES. NO MORE KRYPTONITE TRADES. NO MORE BUYING TOPS. NO MORE SIZING BAD TRADES. NO MORE HOLD & HOPE. NO MORE BS. Now let's get it. 2k win this morning helps the sting! My broker is mad too. Next.

For the sake of transparency, my 3rd worst loss ever that I closed after bagholding for 3 days. Main lesson, this is my Kryptonite. I buy the top of a late-day spiker HOPING for a quick spike and cash out, but it crashed, I double down, it keeps dipping and I hold for a massive loss. I know never to do this again. I get crushed in the afternoons anyway, mornings are my jam. Bagholds really affect me mentally and I will never do this again.

Average of 2 trades, had a bad first entry, better second entry and it spiked. Held through a halt, sold as it halted again for my largest gain ever! Well executed, solid confirmation pattern, in with size and conviction, great trade. If I'm honest, it comes off the heels of my 2 worst trades ever this week bagholding and I was down over 7k this morning, rough go but this helps.

FUCKK FUCK FUCKKK. This was a test, and I failed miserably. Moved home to focus, it's literally more distracting than ever. Decent read on this ticker, chased, missed, fomo, bought the top and it failed. No stop, let it run down another .50 for NO FUCKING REASON. Just like old times. This is fucking bullshit, I'm better than this. MUST be more diligent than ever. L.
