Can someone explain to me why SSKN SUCKS?!! I mean not even a dead cat bounce. Is the volume jutst too high for the float to handle?

I used all the info I've learned so far in the last 10 days and when I was picking my wath list last night CGI stuck out to me for many of the reasons I was taught. That said, I made a plan and bought at $3.25 and sold at $3.50 (right now I am just trading to learn and only played with 500 shares) - CGI climbed to $3.75 before it started to downtrend. Thanks
