Here was a perfect gap up short that worked in my favor. Again, not a high ATR stock so I wasnt too thrilled about price action. Took quick profits and moved on. See chart.

All bank stocks were playing to the upside today due to earnings. Decided to go long on this stock and it basically reversed as soon as I went long. Once the stock went below the VWAP and we had a 10/30 ema cross I got out and cut losses. (See chart)

Here is a stock that gapped up on some news. Was expecting a gap up short opportunity and failed. Once price confirmed that we were going up I decided to switch my position and go long. Never get ahead of price!!! (see chart)

shorted into the sell off on this one. Stock recovered. I should have known better that it was oversold and to long it. Got out when it went above the VWAP and decided to leave it alone. Hit my max loss and I got out (see chart)

This was false break down. Shorted it at the open and let the trade ride. Ended up being completely flat. Got out with a small loss. (see chart)

Just a small scalp play here. Energy was up today and so were the energy stocks. This was a low ATR play, should have just saved my money/time. I dont usually play stocks without an ATR of at least $1. Small money, on to the next. (see chart)

Here was yet another low float stock going parabolic. We have had a few of these this month. This is a previous parabolic mover so I kept an eye on it. Once we started to gain some traction I went long. After getting halted it didnt re open until after hours trading. Got out in after hours trading and came out with a small win on it. (see chart)

AAOI was a morning mover; even with the market down as a whole this sucker kept rising. This was the classic Gap-n-go set up, pre market gap up, post bell continued rising. I took profits way too soon. Went long over the VWAP and rode the EMA the whole way up. (see chart)

Took this for 3 different trades. Went short on the reversal under the VWAP and decided to book profits at 2:1. (good thing I did, check out that reversal!!) Decided to go long on the whole market turning around and QQQ gaining momentum. Again, took profits at 2:1. Last trade I decided to short it once it hit overbought conditions. (See chart)

Here was another parabolic mover. Could not find any news on it. Decided to go long once price pulled back to the 10 EMA. Condintued to ride it out with small pops here and there (no pun intended) but eventually got stopped out - twice!! Always cut your losses when you're wrong. (see chart)
