Same here. I am trying from last 3 weeks. No luck. Tried different laptops,networks, credit cards ......same thing...declined.

at optionshouse.com no shorting at all allowed.
I strictly trade options, but i learned a lot through Tim. Some of my first trades were penny stocks. but sadly im really not that good at trading penny stocks. I didnt give up and kept studying and eventually found my niche.
