For people who are using suretrader and any other platform that charges you for live L2 quotes and have a relatively bad platform. You can use ThinkOrSwim from TDAmeritrade. My account currently has $1 in it and is active with LIVE L2 quotes. Pair that with your live broker and save yourself the expense.
