Some of the poorest trading I've done so far... Broke all of the rules trading after a break from the markets due to school.... Impulsive, overtrading, emotional, didn't cut losses quickly and didn't play any patterns I knew... this is a big wake up call for me to say that consistency is the key to success in this game. Play with fire too soon and you will get burned.

Bought this day 2 runner on a morning spike/VWAP hold pattern. Should have waited a few more minutes for better entry, but glad I stuck to my plan and did not sell for a loss into an initial dip/panic.

Actually a combination of 2 trades, but bought 2 washouts/dips on this high volume , big percent gainer that was a former runner a few months ago. Main reason why I traded was due to nice intra-day volatility, making it ideal for some nice pops into dips.

Took an impulsive late day trade here. Tried to buy an intraday breakout on this multi-day breakout chart. However, I bought on HOD breakout level as opposed to multi-day breakout level in 0.82 area. Lesson to #1 be patient and #2 focus on one strategy for the time being, which I am realizing is buying huge panics for bounces and high volume/percent gainers near solid support levels. The odds are higher in these setups than in chasing a low odds EOD, HOD breakout.

Bought this big percent gainer/high volume runner on the day when intraday support held following pre-market and morning spike. Took profits too quickly as the stock later broke out to $6.00 level. No regrets taking small profits though as I refine the entries and exits to trades....Key is to be patient, wait for right setups and entries, then go for the trade and ALWAYS respect risk.

Bought this biotech runner on a multi-month breakout trading strong volume on the day. E-trade crashed when I looked to exit in $1.40s so thankfully I was able to exit for a small gain.

Shorted this over-extended play intraday on a third failure to break HOD in the $19.00s. Waited for ideal entry near the $19.00 level and covered on a dip, small profits as position size was small and had to get to class.

Nice dip buy pattern into early afternoon panic on this strong pump/runner, took careful entry and profits on the bounce
