Learning is to key to success, and it does require effort, time, even suffering...
Straight to the point, 70-20-10 means the following:
10% of skill you learn it in a class room, video, training, etc
20% of skill comes from mentorship and guidance
70% of skills comes from hands on a real thing
What does this mean?
I'm not saying you should not buy Tim's DVDs, of course you should (I will buy them in time), but that's not enough.
You need to look up at someone, that will guide you until you can walk by yourself.
Finally, you need to trade and guess what, you will fail at first. Failure should not set you back, it should serve for you to construct and understand from your mistakes. Wonder why you are so good at the simulator and then fail on the real thing?
Either start learning (10%), get a mentor (profitly a good way), then...trade, prepare for failure, accept it, learn, move on, try again.
