[TimAlerts] TLPY has been a dud since they announced it....they keep quoting the ASK prices, which could be anything (like .15) while the BID can be anything and they ignore it. Last night the bid was down to .02. Now they're touting it as a .10 cent stock with a high of .17. That was just some fool who got suckered. I was one of them cause I bought at 16
