I have came to the conclusion that i have to be way way more picky with my trades. i watched trading tickers again and learned from Greg that i have to stick to the best of the best setups and reduce my temptation to trade everyday. I guess i have had "addiction" to the action.

this $ASTC setup was very solid but i ruined the opportunity by breaking basic rules. i was looking to buy it at 3.25 but i got too scared and didn't execute. when Tim alerted it and price was already too high i chased. i wouldn't say i chased the alert but it gave me confidence to chase strength

so grateful and excited about my first over 100$ win on $FORD
