1. Install Fidelity Active Trader Pro.

2. Watch Youtube channel for how to use/set up your Fidelity Active Trader Pro screen. There are 7 short videos to go thru.

Fidelity have it's own stock scanner with pretty good criteria as well.

Fidelity has free level 2 built-in within Fidelity Active Trader Pro.
