ArtOfWar dude your not a bad trader at all just by just skimimg thru your trades your actually pretty good you just have too many big losses just cut your losses sooner you'll be profitable
@albeano58 I agree just have to keep focusing in. Unfortunately my mind and learning ways is being in the moment and learning. Real money real emotions. No one wants to lose money but I'm learning and still confident because I've seen what I can do when I stay disciplined and execute my game plans.
@mdchowdhury whats up wanted to check in and see how your trading was going? Have not heard from you in a while. Was trying to look at your profit chart but I noticed you have not posted anything. Wanted to see if I could get some "advice" from you to perhaps increase my current profits. You may not want "advice" from me considering your statements last year but I figured I'd reach out anyways. Hope trading has been good to you as it has been to me.
FUNNY- TY EH
put a dollar in Think or Swim.
https://app.technicianapp.com try this
Try freestockcharts.com. The charts are fantastic but I don't think you will get OTC with it.
I would recommend you do that first for a time until you're consistently profitable. I had to learn the hard way. Study, study, study! Then, study some more! Find mentors to follow. I follow Palmer, Arick, Tim G., Tim S., Michael C., and Scott C.
This is a race won over time, not in a sprint. Think Marathon! :)
Find a broker who has a deal with free trades and start trading it's the best way to start in my opinion. Everyone does good paper trading. I opened an account with 300 dollars and had free trades for almost a year (really lucked out with the deal they had going) and I learned more then just trading. I gained experience in the different types of trades (limit, stops, market), how I like to trade, violations ( you'll be glad you learn these with a small account) and many other valuable lessons pa
Your going to want to paper trade first off Thinkorswim free practice account.. I started with 3 grand. 2500 is a good amount to start with
no, im not, but we could start an online study group, so people worldwide could join in, and become successful together.
Im in
I'm very new to this, am looking to learn...I'm interested in participating to learn from group.. Thanks
You dont need a study group, you just need to study, everything you need is on this website
NEVER trade together with anyone, you need to learn that
Watch traderchecklist and if u feel confident then why would u use tim alerts? Following alerts will backtrack u everything youv'e learned up to now. Open a robinhood account and start trading with about 25% of ur portfolio and log ur trades so u can know where ur good and where ur lacking.
and like Imaxwell said, dont force a trade if u dont have day trades left, ALWAYS consider "will i be able to get out". If u can't then ur best case sceneraio is to wait near market close and buy a good looking overnight swing. And actually i take back starting with 25%, dont do that yet, bet how Imaxwell said, so u can get ur feet wet first, THEN go up lil by lil. As long as u dont use more than half ur account then u are on a good road of not blowing up
@lmaxwell0509 Bro your profile looks beautiful. Is there any way I can get in contact with you? (Social media?) I need some guidance thats all. Wont bother with trade alerts or anything like that
Invest in DVDs education first this will be beneficial to you especially starting out, after that paper trade.
no
It was worth shorting! 3.85 to 2.06
he-he, of course it was, check out the graphs and i am sure it's gonna go down to where it belongs, tomorrow
