Bitter/Sweet morning for me as a newbie to the Challenge. $USEG, I have been cramming all my assignments in this past weekend, wanting to trade this morning. I gave it a shot, using PREPARE instead of my gunslinging/dart board approach before the market open. Pulled up STT went to Biggest gainers, USEG fell in my lap, pricing for my small account, volume good, news good, chart, energy stock which is not the hottest arena, but RIG and a couple other stocks were on the board from what I could tell. I did not assign a rating but I felt like it was over 70. I felt like $2.10 was a great entry point, which it was, but my lack of experience with IBR it never filled and I lost out for the run up to $2.69 because I was too slow. My target was $2.50, trading scared. Today was a great lesson based on all the assignments and webinars that the Challenge presents to the students. Boosted my confidence with the system but my inexperience with my IBR account cost me a winning trade. I watched all the other picks and alerts but was too bum-fuzzled to trade, my account lives to trade another day.
