I played this very poorly. First I chased it (bad), then when it didn't move I didn't cut my losses quickly (also bad), finally, I got out right at the time of day I should have been getting in due to predictions of pumping (BAD). I'm taking this one as a lesson.

This was my first OTC short and I found it to be much more frustrating than the NASDAQ stocks I usually trade. Getting out was much harder. Still, this was a very good trade for me. I probably sold too soon but it was so hard to get an execution that I didn't want to stay in and risk it popping back up.

I SHOULD have taken profits this morning when it dropped but I incorrectly thought it was going to keep going down. I played this wrong in many ways but still made a profit so I'm happy. I still have half my position. I'm watching this one very closely. I assume when I have more experience I'll be able to play stocks like this one better. I should have banked some serious cash. It's okay, I'm learning as I go.

I should have gotten out of this on Friday when it dipped below $2.50 but I thought it would go down more. I was going to keep holding because I'm sure it will go back down but I was bored of it and I wanted to use that money elsewhere. I'm tired of this stock.

This didn't drop as much as I would have liked to and I had to sell when I did to avoid being bought in. I'll take a look at this stock again tomorrow but I don't feel a lot of interest left in it. I could have exited this morning with roughly the same result.

Moral of the story is: I fucked up. I'm sad about this because I had tried to get out sooner but I realize that losing and learning to deal with losses is just as important to being a trader as winning. I think I'll stick to shorting again in the future. I don't like going long.

I'm sure that this will drop more but I wan't really looking for a huge gain today. Just something nice between meetings.

None of this went how I had hoped, however, I'm not going to complain... much. I'll be back in this one tomorrow.

This didn't work out quite as I was hoping because I messed up this morning. It's okay. I'll take the gain I got!
